RETURN POLICY

All Products carry our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. For any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase; you may return your items unused, in original packaging within 30 days of purchase for refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery charges).

For faulty items, please contact our office, between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday – Friday on either return@irishconnexxion.com or PHONE NO before returning any goods. We are unable to refund postage costs for returns, unless we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product or the product is unusable due to a defect. In this case please call or email return@irishconnexxion.com prior to sending goods back. In the case of clothing purchases, please be aware that items will incur a €10 dry cleaning fee should the item be returned marked with make-up, deodorant or any other visible stain.

CONDITIONS

We only have a small request: please don’t wear the product if you plan to exchange or return it, it’s only fair to the next Products must be unwashed, undamaged and
returned with all tags attached and in original packaging for returns. Products bought under any special offer are only eligible for an exchange. Refunds or Store Credits for special offers are not applicable. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed.
Irish Connexxion is not responsible for the for freight or customs costs in returning the items to our warehouse, except where the goods are deemed faulty in which case Irish Connexxion will cover any postage costs. Please call Phone No or email return@irishconnexxion.com prior to sending goods
No refunds or payments will be made in respect to customs charges or taxes incurred as part of an international return. As per our shipping policy, Irish Connexxion is not liable for any customs charges or duties.
No refunds will be offered for freight costs where there the goods are returned but are not deemed In these cases, only the costs of the goods will be refunded.
Refunds will only be made by the original payment method, and in the case of credit cards only back to the original card. Items for return should be kept in a smoke-free environment as returns will be refused on items that are returned smelling of tobacco
No refunds or exchanges will be processed after 30 days have elapsed after an order has been returned back to us
